The location is excellent for exploring Bangkok's attractions.
During my stay, I encountered several issues with the room. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at night. the bathroom facilities were in poor condition, with a worn toilet seat and a shower that barely worked. When I reached out about forgotten belongings, the response was slow, and I ultimately lost my headphones without help from staff.

The staff are particularly friendly, with helpful concierge service making for a welcoming atmosphere. Daily complimentary water adds a nice touch, and the clean, modern bathroom enhances the comfort. the room lacked daily cleaning service, and I found the shower layout problematic as it left the floor wet after use. There was no lift, which may be a consideration for travelers with heavy luggage.

Perfect spot for a solo adventure
Had a blast staying here! The location is super close to vibrant streets and the river, perfect for night explorations. The front desk crew was amazing and always ready to help. My room was clean, but a bit on the small side. A little noise from neighbors sometimes, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
